Servicecenter

The staff of the Servicecenter is your first contact to answer your questions about the public administrations.
Available languages are German, English, Polish, Russian and Turkish.

  • We will give you basic information for all public administrations of the municipality and their own establishments:

responsibilities, opening times, service requirements and –descriptions, fees, required papers and documents.

  • We can mail or e-mail you brochures and forms.
  • We can give you information about Events.
  • We accept applications, hints and complaints.
  • We can make appointments for you - e.g. at the resident registration office.
  • We can book courses at the vhs (adult education center) for you.
