Servicecenter and administration

The Servicecenter and administration are part of the citizen center.
The staffs of the Servicecenter are your first contact to answer your questions about the public administrations.

Available languages are German, English and Turkish.

Opening times: Monday till Friday 07:00 a.m. -6:00 p.m. Saturday 09:00 a.m. – 01:00 p.m.

Face-to-face advice is available at the town hall, Obere Königsstr. 8, 34117 Kassel
Opening times: Monday and Wednesday 08:00 a.m. – 06:00 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday 08:00 a.m. – 04:30 p.m. and Friday 08:00 a.m. – 02:00 p.m.

  1. We will give you basic information for all public administrations of the municipality and their own establishments:
  2. Responsibilities, opening times, service requirements and –descriptions, fees, required papers and documents.
  3. We can email and send you brochures and forms.
  4. We can give you information about events.
  5. We accept admissions of applications, hints and complaints.
  6. We can make appointments for you (e.g. for the registration office).
  7. We can book vhs (adult education center) courses for you.
